Lindu Ejendomme acquires a 5,200 sqm warehouse in Lynge north of Copenhagen


Lindu Ejendomme (“Lindu”), founded by Pictet Alternative Advisors (“Pictet”) and Brunswick Real Estate (“Brunswick”), acquires Vassingerodvej 84, a 5,200 sqm warehouse in Lynge, 6 km north of Copenhagen. The property is fully let to Rose Holm, a supplier of steel components in the wind industry.

Vassingerodvej 84 is located in Lynge , an interesting logistics and industrial cluster surrounded by engineering, pharma and logistics companies. The property has been subject to the Lindu Energy screening process and has a substantial plan including solar panels, heat pump and upgraded LED lightning in order to improve the property’s ESG credentials.

Lindu now has built up a portfolio comprising of 14 assets with a total GLA of around 85,000 sqm.
