“We are glad to announce Regio’s third acquisition this year in one of Sweden’s strongest growth regions. With the acquisition in Sisjön, the company has built an attractive and significant property portfolio in Gothenburg and we intend to continue growing. In addition, Sisjön has a large development potential and we look forward to work more with a sizeable portfolio in a strong area we believe in.“
Jörgen Persson, co-founder Alaska Fastigheter, says:
“Alaska Fastigheter welcomes Regio to Sisjön and we look forward to a successful cooperation, where we as neighbours continue the development of Sisjön. The City of Gothenburg’s ambition for increased city development is well in line with Regio and Alaska’s intentions for the future.
