What’s attracting foreign investors to the Nordic real estate industry?

Sweden recently headed Forbes’ list of Best Countries for Business, with Denmark, Finland and Norway in the top ten. Transparency, openness and trustworthiness features the markets and thereof draws capital to the Nordic real estate industry. But do not fall into the trap of considering them as homogenous markets.
